This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") describes what data is collected when you use the Freya mobile application (hereinafter — the "App"), how it is used, and what rights you have regarding your data.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

2. Data We Collect

2.1. Data You Create in the App

Workout content you create (exercises, workouts, load parameters) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data and do not transmit it to our servers.

2.2. Data Collected Automatically

The App uses third-party services that may collect technical data:

• PostHog — App usage analytics. Collects anonymized data on in-app actions, app version, device type, and operating system. Data is not linked to your identity. PostHog Privacy Policy: https://posthog.com/privacy

2.3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information
• Geolocation
• Access to photos, camera, or microphone
• Health data from Apple Health (HealthKit)
