Freya: Workout Planner (iOS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter — the "User") and Alexander Selikhov (hereinafter — the "Developer") regarding the use of the Freya mobile application (hereinafter — the "App"), available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.

The App is intended exclusively for devices running iOS.

2. Description of the App

Freya is a mobile application for planning and tracking workouts. The Developer reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any features of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1. Subscription Types

The App offers the following paid subscription options:

• Monthly subscription — provides access to the full functionality of the App for one month
• Annual subscription — provides access to the full functionality of the App for one year

3.2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically for the corresponding period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3. Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
